Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a printed copy of your RMA confirmation inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
